This site is owned and operated by NuImage Inc. and it's subsidiary, Worldwide FX (WWFX). Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

WWFX Inc gathers two types of information about users:

1. WWFX may collect a variety of statistical data about its Web Site visitors. However, WWFX reserves the right to begin matching such usage data with an individual's Personal Information subsequent to the date of this Privacy Policy.
2. Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions to apply for employment, receive our electronic newsletters, or to participate in our private client section.

Any data you submit will be covered under the European Union Data Protection Act 1998.
