1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy specifies the way in which Worldwide FX Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”, “WWFX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) treats any information that you provide to the Company via this website. The Company is in compliance with the requirements of the data protection legislation and is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

2. What personal data about you does WorldWide FX process?
We collect the information you provide when you use our website, including when you submit job application or sign up for any marketing materials. This information may include, but is not restricted to name, job title, contact information, etc. We also collect information about how you use our website, such as the types of content you view or the frequency and duration of your activities. By using our website or by submitting personal information to us, you consent to the Company’s collection, use and disclosure of such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted or required by law.

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’) including such data, which may be subject to a specific protection under the applicable local and European data protection legislation.
The personal data, which is processed in the course of recruitment and selection of job candidates for open job positions are as follows:

3. For what purposes are we going to use your personal data?
The personal data provided by you shall be used for the following purposes:
− recruitment and selection of job applicants
− future conclusion of employment contract in case your application is successful
The data provided in your application for a respective job position shall be processed only for the respective
job position based on your consent demonstrated by sending your application. In the event that you provide
us with an explicit consent, we may retain your application and review it for future job openings in WorldWide FX
We use this information to understand your needs and provide you with better services, to send you marketing communications, to communicate with you about our services, policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us. The information that you submit in the process of applying for a job position with the Company will only be used for the purpose of examining your job application.

4. For how long do we retain your personal data?
Depending on the purpose for which we have collected your data, we may keep it for different periods, but in any case, this will not be longer than what is needed for the purpose of the specific data processing. Including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
Job applications provided for a specific position shall be deleted immediately after completing the procedure for recruitment and selection for this position. Only the applications of the successful candidates shall be retained for the possible future conclusion of employment relationship.
When explicit consent is provided by the applicant we may keep his/her job application (including the personal data in it) for a period of 2 years following the year of applying or until the applicant withdraws his/hers consent before the expiry of the 2 years retention period

5. How do we protect personal data ?
The information provided when using our website is protected and secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we follow suitable security procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of this websites or other websites managed by our Group, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
If you decide to share your information with us through e-mail or our websites, you must be aware that our Group’s e-mails and websites are encrypted using SSL technology and provide secure data transmissions. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via other channels such as social media networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram etc.) is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us Any such transmission is at your own risk, so we strongly advise you to use our official websites and e-mails for any communication and sharing your personal information.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access and keep the information secure, confidential and integral.

We store all the documents and other devices containing personal data in secured storages in our premises with limited access, especially the data which contains “sensitive” information. Our information security systems and databases have also very high protection against external risks and we use very strict organizational and technical measures to prevent breaches in data security.

6. With whom may we share your personal data?
World Wide FX respects your privacy and keeps your data secured. Subject to statutory requirements, World Wide FX may disclose your personal data to the following persons:
− Service providers: When we use service providers related to HR management, technical maintenance and provision of internal IT systems (using the services of Microsoft and Google) and operational support to our activities, WorldWide FX may disclose personal data to those service providers. Please be informed that such disclosure shall commence only in case there are legitimate grounds for doing so and only based on a written agreement ensuring that the receiver provides adequate levels of protection for the personal data.
The Company will not disclose, sell or distribute in any other way your personal information to third parties unless you give your permission to do so, or where it is required by the law. We may transfer information to third party companies who support us in conducting our business. By using this website you hereby agree that your information may be transferred, including but not limited to international data transfers to the above third party companies provided that they adhere to the confidentiality obligations laid down in this Privacy Policy and the agreements we enter into with them.

When you fill in a form on our website, you will be provided with the option to choose whether you want your information to be used by anybody for direct marketing services. At a later stage, if you change your mind, you could always subscribe to this service or, respectively, unsubscribe from it.

Complaint: you can make a complaint about how we have used your personal data to us by contacting us as noted above, or file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority for Bulgaria : Commission for Personal Data Protection at https://www.cpdp.bg/.

You should know that some of these rights only apply in certain circumstances and depending on the case, there may be some exceptions to them, so we may not be able to fulfill every request. If we receive a request from you to exercise any of the above rights, we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request; this is to ensure that your data is protected and kept secure.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will be reviewed periodically and we will update it if we make any material changes to the manner in which we process and use your personal data. If we change this Privacy Policy we will publish the updated version of it on our websites.
