Our “3D VFX Training Course” has started today as a part of “Worldwide FX VFX Academy” generously supported by Nu Boyana Film Studios!

Jordan Markov (Studio Manager of Worldwide FX) and our tutors Emil Simeonov and Zhivko Ivanov hosted the first training session today.

A record number of applications was gathered this year from those wishing to start their professional career as VFX artists. Selection process was a real challenge for our experts who carried out the interviews with the candidates. The growing interest in 3D technology among the artists dealing with visual arts is a sign of increasing competitiveness in the VFX industry locally, according to the panel.

The “3D VFX Training Course” program includes modules combining all aspects of 3D visual effects production of a feature film – modeling and texturing, character animation, simulation, lighting, tracking and layout. The course will last from two to four months, depending on the module in which our future VFX artists will continue their professional development.

Good luck and may the Force be with you!
